The Half Board option includes a 3-course menu, featuring fresh salad, main course and dessert, available for your choice of daily lunch or dinner.

Some well-maintained apartments still include full kitchen facilities, ideal for families who prefer independence. Guests in these units may still book Room Only, Bed & Breakfast, or Half Board.

The Captain Karas Collection offers two exclusive private holiday villas, combining independence, privacy, and home-like comfort. Ideal for families or small groups seeking a self-contained accommodation option.

Our signature culinary journey

Once per week, guests are invited to discover a different taste of the Captain Karas Collection by dining at one of our following restaurants:

Karas Fish Tavern – Traditional Cypriot hospitality with fish or meat meze (minimum 2 persons).
Pinch Restaurant & Bar – A stylish Mediterranean dining experience focused on fresh, creative cuisine.
Kaliφi Beach Bar – Dinner-only seaside venue (weather permitting), casual and atmospheric.

Note: Premium dishes (e.g. selected steaks or seafood) are not included in Half Board and require a supplement. Drinks are also excluded.

Reservations: Required for all dine-around venues. Please book by 21:00 the day prior.
Children’s Menu: Balanced and tasty options available at all participating restaurants.
Dress Code: Smart casual.
