2. Booking and Reservations

Reservation Process:
All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only after payment approval (or deposit confirmation, where applicable) and/or written email confirmation from us.

Accuracy of Information:
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process and update it if any details change.

Special Requests:
Any special requests (such as late check-in or specific room preferences) should be made at the time of booking. While we will make every effort to accommodate your requests, they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Payment and Fees

Payment Methods:
Payments are securely processed through our approved payment gateway, including Viva Wallet. All transactions are made in Euro (EUR). We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other approved methods. We do not store full payment card details; payment processing is handled securely by our provider.

Fees and Charges:
All applicable prices, taxes, and fees are clearly displayed before booking confirmation. Payment (or deposit, if applicable) is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Currency:
All transactions are conducted in Euro (€). Any currency conversion or bank fees are your responsibility.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation terms vary depending on your selected rate or offer. Applicable deadlines and fees are shown during the booking process and confirmed by email.

Refunds:
Where applicable, refunds are processed according to the terms of your booking. If we cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund or a suitable alternative, subject to availability.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

Standard Times:
Check-in: 14:00
Check-out: 11:00

Early / Late Requests:
Requests for early check-in or late check-out depend on availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Guest Responsibilities and House Rules

Guest Conduct:
Guests are expected to treat the property and its surroundings with care. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.

House Rules:
Our house rules (including no-smoking and pet policies) are provided on our website and during your stay. Failure to comply may result in termination of the stay without refund.

Personal Belongings:
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items, except where required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
